Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Supported Housing Scheme Worker to join their team and play a crucial role within their Housing Operation 

Role: Supported Housing Scheme Worker
Pay: £18.99ph Umbrella
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Contract Length: 3 Months with Possible extension
Location: Somerset

Responsibilities: 

• Administering residents’ rent accounts.
• Complete Housing Benefit applications are submitted
  promptly.
• Rent and service charge repayment plans are in place.
• Payments are made, appropriately recorded and pursued.
• Licence agreements and other sign-up documentation is appropriately signed and uploaded to the team’s CRM. 

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
• Experience working in a Supported Housing Scheme Worker or similar role
• Experience of supporting clients who have experience of homelessness and face significant barriers to achieving independent living.
