Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a School, who are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team based in East London. 

Position: Senior Administrator            
Rate: £37,068 - £38,058 FTE (£33,271 - £34,160) 
Location: East London                
Work Type: Fixed Term (Initial one year) 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Provide an excellent support service to students, forming strong relationships with them and parents/carers.
• Provide administrative support to increase the effective running of the school. 
• Work with pastoral teams to support vulnerable children. 
• Organise bookings for special events, guest speakers, assemblies, etc.
• Work with Head of Progression to implement and monitor their processes and systems. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• NVQ 3 or equivalent. 
• Awareness and experience of a school environment. 
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to stay calm in a busy environment. 
• IT skills.
