Job Specification: Property Sales Representative

Location: Onsite at Wallington (with two showcase properties)
Working Days: Thursday to Monday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience and suitability)
Commission: £100 to £200 per property sold

Contract Type:

• Initial 1-3 month trial/probation period
• Permanent placement following successful probation

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company onsite at the Wallington development, showcasing two properties to prospective buyers.
• Guide potential buyers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
• Deliver outstanding customer care to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
• Maintain a motivated and tenacious approach to achieving sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Assist in the transition to new developments once all properties are sold at the current location.

Requirements:

• Have prior experience in the property industry or a similar sales-focused role.
• Demonstrate strong motivation and a tenacious approach to achieving targets.
• Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Exhibit exceptional customer care and communication skills.
• Be flexible and available to work weekends.
