Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Credit Union, who are looking for an Application Development Manager to join their team based in Colorado. 

Position: Application Development Manager             
Rate: $113,000 - $142,000  
Location: Colorado                   
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Design, build, implement and support vendor-packaged and custom internal solutions to improve the company's banking system. 
• Deliver business solutions to optimise operational efficiency through technology. 
• Oversee and manage a team of core developers, collaborating with internal IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions. 
• Work with closely with Project Management Office on team delivery. 
• Implement effective processes to ensure continual improvement f practice management practices.  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 6 years' previous experience with Financial Institution Technology. 
• BS or MS in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent (preferred). 
• Previous experience in managing people and using software development methods. 
• SQL development knowledge (preferred).
