Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Charity, who are looking for a Deputy Play Manager to join their team based in North West London. 

Position: Deputy Play Manager      
Rate: £34,000 
Location: North West London               
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Deliver high quality play provision by supporting the planning, design and practical preparation of this. 
• Build strong and positive relationships with families and carers ensuring you are a point of contact to support any queries they may have.
• Ensure children and their families/carers are kept safe at all times. 
• Help in leading and managing staff, volunteers and partners.  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Three years previous experience of working and engaging with children. 
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare, Play Work or equivalent. 
• Good IT skills, being able to use email and update spreadsheets. 
• Previous experience of planning and delivering age appropriate provision.
