Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Top 100 Accounting Firm, who are looking for an Audit and Accounts Senior to join their team based in Buckinghamshire. 

Position: Audit and Accounts Senior

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Manage assignments with a small portfolio of clients with support from other members of the team. 
• Conduct pre and post audit meetings with clients. 
• Support more senior members of staff on larger assignments, completing tasks allocated by them and taking on any feedback they have. 
• Review the work of junior accountants, providing training where necessary. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified. 
• Previous background within an Audit and Accounts environment (minimum 3 years). 
• Strong communication skill when working with clients and colleagues. 
• Maintain knowledge of Audit and Accounts packages.
