Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in England, are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join their team.

Location: Greenwich
Contract Duration: 3 Months Initially
Rate: £29.92 Umbrella

About the Role:
A Property Lawyer is required for a Regeneration and Property team to manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex or unique forms of contracts, specialized agreements, and other legal documentation related to property law.
• Provide efficient and expeditious legal advice and assistance personally and through team members.
• Manage a personal caseload of complex property matters, including providing property advice and drafting agreements.

Qualifications:

• Law Society admitted and Solicitor Regulatory Authority registered solicitor, or Bar Standards Board registered barrister.

Skills & Experience:  

• Demonstrable experience working in a local authority property team.
• Familiarity with right-to-buy schemes, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and commercial property work typical of a busy London authority.
• Proven ability to manage an extensive and varied legal caseload proficiently at a senior level.
