Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Practice Law Firm, who are looking for a Family Associate Lawyer to join their team based in Lancashire. 

Position: Family Associate Lawyer

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Keep clients informed on progress, costs and realistic outcomes. 
• Manage all family files, ensuring this is kept up to date and effectively organised. 
• Prepare detailed minutes and notes by attending meetings, court appearances and mediations. 
• Draft a range of documents including Court Documents and Correspondence. 
• Ensure confidentiality and security of client and firm documents are maintained at all times in line with Law Society and GDPR regulations. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Strong previous background in a similar role within a law firm. 
• Confident with IT. 
• Show awareness of commercial opportunities to develop business.  
• Previous experience in SOS case management system (desirable).
