Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Practice Accountancy, who are looking for a Tax Director to join their team based in the Bristol.

Position: Tax Director

Rate: Negotiable
Location: Bristol
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Ensure a high level of client service delivery whilst managing a team of tax professionals.
Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their business needs.
Use your expertise to provide tax advice on a range of issues.
Identify opportunities for growth, contributing to business development.
Manage and organise the business tax advisory and compliance work on a client portfolio.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

ACA,ACA or CTA qualified.
Strong background in tax.
Strong leadership and team management.
Technical knowledge of accounts preparation.
