We are currently recruiting for Resourcing Advisor, on behalf of our client based in London. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 4 Months. 

JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £180 per day Umbrella
• WORK TYPE: Temporary 
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time 
• LOCATION: London

• Sourcing candidates via various methods, keep recruitment costs to a minimum.
• To interview candidates and negotiate regarding salary/package.
• Support hiring managers by designing and developing recruitment
  campaigns.
• To attract and retain emerging talent by writing adverts, campaign text and designing microsites for targeted and hard-to-fill posts.
• Provide an efficient onboarding service that supports both the manger and candidate experience.
• Provide coaching, support and training to hiring managers, acting as a
  trusted advisor and resourcing expert to mangers and HR colleagues.
• Support in various networking events such as job fairs, schools and
  University open days. 

• Experience of resourcing gained from either a recruitment-specific or generalist background.
• Experience of dealing with an MSP.
• Good communication skills, especially with regard to writing advertisements and role profiles.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Adept at using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines.
