Conduct primary and secondary research, including competitive analysis on offerings, market positioning, and financial performance
Evaluate potential opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations, including financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis
Develop go-to-market strategies and prepare business plans and presentation materials for board meetings
Conceptualize and create marketing, training, and investment materials
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a management or strategy consultant for Associate Manager level; minimum 7 years for Manager level
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Strong business proficiency in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player in a dynamic environment
Open-minded and eager to gain exposure across diverse services and industries
Self-starter with high energy and attention to detail
