Job Summary:
Drive business growth by delivering consultative IT solutions, expanding new markets, managing key accounts, and supporting end-to-end sales and grant processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts (new business and account farming split 50:50).
• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Identify, engage, and manage potential business partners, including negotiating commercial terms.
• Manage daily sales operations, including handling enquiries, preparing presentations, and developing proposals.
• Oversee grant application processes from proposal drafting through submission and follow-up.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Achieve assigned KPIs and performance targets set by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a solution-selling environment.
• Experience in IT solution selling is required; exposure or domain knowledge in the Construction or Basic Building Materials (BBM) industries is an added advantage.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in grant applications and proposal writing.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong resilience and adaptability.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
