Lead the full spectrum of corporate finance, accounting, and compliance functions to support effective financial operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage cashflow forecasting and oversee cash-related transactions.
Liaise with bankers on treasury and funding matters.
Prepare annual and revised budgets, and analyse monthly Actual vs Budget results for management.
Report financial information to headquarters.
Oversee month-end closing and prepare financial statements in compliance with FRS and internal policies.
Coordinate with auditors on statutory reporting, J-SOX requirements, and review processes.
Plan, execute, and report J-SOX testing and documentation.
Manage taxation matters with appointed tax agents and ensure timely filing of Corporate Income Tax and GST.
Coordinate corporate secretarial matters and ensure timely statutory filings.
Develop and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and support recruitment activities.
Streamline accounting processes and enhance system efficiency (including D365).
Work with internal departments to ensure strong controls and effective procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and taxation (Corporate Income Tax, GST, Withholding Tax).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software; experience with D365 is an added advantage.
Experience in the trading or service industry is an added advantage.
