Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to airlines, operators, and MROs regarding Wheels and Brakes systems.
Take ownership of all Wheels and Brakes technical inquiries for the South Asia region received through the Customer Support Center via the ConECT database.
Ensure proper follow-up, traceability, and response performance in coordination with the Vélizy-based PSE team when required.
Act as the interface with relevant airlines, MRO repair shops, and affiliated engineering departments on behalf of the PSE team when appropriate.
Support the regional CSM with MOPs, reports, and other special requirements as necessary.
Assist regional Customer Support Managers with KPIs, reporting, and other required support.
Provide support to the Commercial team in addressing customer inquiries such as parts searches and interchangeability.
Work with the CSC and commercial support teams to identify key drivers of customer dissatisfaction compared with competitors that require attention.
Serve as the key regional liaison with Wheels and Brakes repair facilities to help develop the in-service technical database for the PSE team.
Establish and monitor an unscheduled removal database for the PSE team in collaboration with major airlines and MROs.
Collaborate closely with the PSE team to ensure accurate and timely communication when addressing complex technical issues.
Assist the PSM and/or PSE team in supporting actions that contribute to On-Time Delivery performance for airlines and MROs in cases of shortages.
Job Requirements [Must]
At least 5 years of experience in aerospace and aircraft related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), PowerBI, ConECT, Technical publication documents.
Capability of initiating action to solve day-to-day issues without constant direction.
Able to work in a team to achieve Team KPI in a high fast pace environment

Experience in handling wheel and brake systems in a relevant position is a great advantage.
Experience in working in customer-faced position is an added advantage.
