Responsibilities :

Prospecting new accounts to build up sales pipeline
Sell IT solutions to meet customers' needs - hardware, software, services
Work with identified business partners to propose value-added solutions to customers
To constantly strive to achieve sales target
Provide feedback on market competitive information
Be independent, resourceful and customer service oriented
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated team player

Requirements :
[70%:30% = Developing: Farming]

2 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in solutions, hardware, software, or IT services sales
Proven ability in business development and account management.
Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience in solution selling and understanding customers' business needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing as a team player
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
