Responsibilities:

• Manage quality control for FA reflow soldering machines, including final inspection and shipment approval.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to soldering equipment quality and performance.
• Oversee and coordinate quality issues across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Provide production support, including technical guidance for equipment assembly and troubleshooting.
• Perform final equipment adjustments, including O₂ concentration control and temperature profile data collection.
• Conduct process capability studies, PCB soldering tests, thermocouple installation, and temperature profile optimization for customer boards.
• Manage production activities such as cost calculation, quotation preparation, production planning, shipment scheduling, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Provide technical service and troubleshooting support via email, telephone, and online platforms.
• Install, set up, repair, overhaul, and service equipment at customer sites.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in FA equipment or soldering-related processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
