Responsibilities:
Plan and achieve sales targets for semiconductor products in the Northern region.
Promote and sell semiconductor manufacturing equipment to existing and new customers.
Build strong customer relationships by maintaining up‑to‑date product and service knowledge.
Stay informed of industry and packaging trends to strengthen market understanding.
Oversee the full sales cycle, including order closure and payment collection.
Perform additional duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
No experience required for candidates with an engineering background.
Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders
Strong willingness to learn, unlearn, and relearn skills and knowledge.
Openness to challenge conventional thinking and personal limits.
Ability to maintain structure while adapting to changing situations.
Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
Able to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
Trustworthy team player with strong integrity and confidentiality.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
