Responsibilities:
Provide Japanese–English language support during meetings with local clients and government agencies.
Facilitate communication and coordination with the Japan headquarters, including preparing and organizing data and reports.
Compile and submit employee information to the payroll team.
Support administrative tasks for events, exhibitions, and recruitment activities, including applicant communication and interview coordination.
Perform administrative and operational support tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or sales support.
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Ability to support communication between the local office and the Japan headquarters.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Flexible and able to manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
