Responsibilities :

• Ensure system configurations comply with security guidelines during audits.
• Work with team leaders to align system configurations with design standards and functional requirements.
• Perform tasks as instructred by HongKong HQ resuest
• Handle user inquiries related to servers, networks, PCs, and user accounts effectively.
• Operate and manage Servers
• Manage Internal LAN
• Provide PC related support to office staff
• Investigate system issues, implement recovery actions, and propose improvements.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including runbooks and inventories.
• Identify and rectify system issues to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop procedures for operation and maintenance to facilitate knowledge transfer among team members.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding maintenance contracts for hardware and software.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :
[MUST]

• 2 years of relevant working experience in IT administration, IT support, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
• Proven experience in building Windows server systems, including deployment and application installation.
• Knowledge in Windows Client Provisioning and Support.
• Experience with VMware operations and maintenance (vCenter, ESXi).
• Experience in network configuration (ACL, Firewall).
• Background in system engineering and operation (Planning, Building, Running, and Optimizing).
• Knowledge of IT Service Management.
