Responsibilities:
Manage import operations from Japan to the Singapore warehouse, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
Coordinate outbound shipment operations from Singapore to various Asian markets
Oversee warehouse inventory control, including stock accuracy and movement tracking
Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Prepare and analyze monthly sales and inventory reports to support business decisions
Requirements:
Experience in import and export operations is required
Experience in warehouse and inventory management is required
Hands-on experience across end-to-end logistics operations is required
Proficiency in Japanese language at JLPT N2 level or above for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Experience in sales analysis or inventory data analysis is an added advantage
Proficiency in Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders
