Responsibilities
Manage customer purchase orders and forecasts with ASEAN and Japan offices.
Handle daily email communication and provide support to internal teams and customers.
Review customer forecasts and oversee monthly order management.
Submit inquiries to Japan and other factories and prepare purchase requisitions for the Material Control Department.
Follow up with factories on lead times and with customers on sales confirmations.
Coordinate with the Shipping Department on incoming shipments, urgent unstuffing, and invoice preparation for OE customers.
Perform additional assigned administrative or operational tasks.
Requirements
Willingness to learn with a positive work attitude.
Proactive and able to work independently in a desk‑bound environment.
Ability to manage OEM, intercompany, and aftermarket customers.
Minimal travelling required, with occasional ad‑hoc travel when necessary.
