Responsibilities:

• Perform technical installation and servicing of appliance products.
• Install products in accordance with corporate guidelines and technical standards.
• Provide professional frontline customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members.
• Follow up promptly on outstanding technical or service matters.
• Carry out service-related tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance of appliances.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence as need to drive company van to site visit.
• Proficiency in Wi‑Fi application connectivity is an added advantage.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics is an added advantage.
