Responsibilities:
Manage monthly and annual accounts closing for the Singapore investment holding entity
Oversee finance operations for overseas entities within the Group
Prepare quarterly Group consolidation reports
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Lead digitalisation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and process efficiency
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders
Assist in implementing internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance frameworks
Ensure adherence to local and overseas financial regulatory and tax requirements
Prepare Group cash flow reports
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
Possess a CA qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
