Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries, propose suitable products, and follow up on sales leads.
• Prepare sales reports and track the progress of sales activities.
• Conduct negotiations on terms and conditions and conclude contracts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments (such as the logistics team and the Japan headquarters) to ensure on-time delivery and smooth customer support.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements 
 
(Must)

• Experience in B2B sales to F&B companies or food manufacturers.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Business-level Japanese required to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and the headquarters in Japan.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Preferred

• Understanding of printing manufacturing processes, such as printing industry or packaging materials.
• Chinese language skills to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
