Responsibilities
Lead proposal-based sales activities for Japanese corporations, focusing on ICT, AI, digital marketing, CDP, robotics, recommerce, and cross-border projects.
Collaborate with Japan headquarters on new business initiatives, joint projects, and strategic partnerships with group companies and investment portfolio firms.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies as a team leader.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance support to junior sales members.
Requirements
Strong knowledge or experience in ICT, AI, digital marketing, CDP, robotics, or related technology fields.
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders is an added advantage.
Proven track record as a hands-on sales leader with ability to identify opportunities, develop new accounts, and close deals independently.
Ability to drive new product initiatives and channel development with minimal supervision.
