Responsibilities:
 
Production Management 

• Supervise and coordinate food production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and minimize waste.

Quality & Safety Compliance 

• Enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP guidelines.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and sanitation procedures.

Team Leadership & Training

• Manage and train production staff on food handling and safety protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Inventory & Reporting

• Monitor raw material usage and stock levels.
• Maintain production records and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Requirements: 
[Must]

•  3+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing supervision
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
• Strong in teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Education background in Food Science or related field is an added advantage
