Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and generate invoices accurately.
• Handle purchase orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare shipping documents, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and shipping arrangements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order fulfilment and shipping schedules.
• Liaise with the warehouse for daily delivery arrangements.
• Support additional assignments within the logistics department as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics support.
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit (L/C).
• Familiarity with SOP and POP processes on SAP system.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
