Responsibilities

• Manage banking system development or implementation projects as Project Manager or Delivery Lead
• Oversee project progress, milestones, issue resolution, and reporting to client management
• Control project costs and allocate human resources effectively
• Communicate closely with clients and internal business/IT teams, organizing and leading project teams
• Manage client expectations to maintain positive relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or delivery leadership, overseeing projects from start to finish
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with diverse teams
• Knowledge or experience in banking system development or implementation is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; cheerful and collaborative team player
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong analytical skills
