Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Housing Association in Cornwall, are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team and play a crucial role in their sales and marketing operations.     

Position: Senior Sales Executive
Rate: £22 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (January 2026) with Possible Extension  

Purpose:

• Support the sale of new properties effectively and efficiently to optimise the returns on investment in new housing to meet the clients development programme.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the review and development of the sales process to ensure effective procedures are in place to meet financial regulations, drive profitable practices and achieve compliance regulations.
• Coordinate the relationship between the sales team and internal and external legal services providers to support effective and efficient sales processes.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to make proposals to support the sales and marketing strategies of existing and proposed projects within the development programme.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Senior Sales Executive role or equivalent.
• Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least grade C GCSE English and Maths.
• Full, current Driving Licence
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
