JOB SUMMARY
This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing the expansion of the DRIVE project, an innovative initiative aimed at reducing domestic abuse by working directly with high-risk perpetrators.

The post holder will play a key role in safeguarding families and communities, while managing a team of Team Leaders and Case Managers, supporting high-impact behavioural change work across all 32 London boroughs.

  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Lead the mobilisation of DRIVE’s London-wide expansion and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Provide monthly case management supervision and appraisals to Team Leaders and Case Managers.
• Oversee safeguarding, performance management, and continuous professional development of the team.
• Deliver data-driven reporting and evaluation for funders, senior leadership, and DRIVE partners.
• Represent DRIVE at key events, panels (e.g. MARAC, DAPP), and within national forums.
• Ensure high standards of case recording, GDPR compliance, and Drive case management system usage.
• Promote organisational learning, innovation, and best practice.

  
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Proven experience managing staff and service delivery in domestic abuse or criminal justice settings.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Robust knowledge of domestic abuse, risk management, safeguarding, and rehabilitative work.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and data analysis capabilities.
• Multi-agency working experience, particularly with statutory and voluntary sectors.
• Budget management experience.
• Enhanced DBS (required).
