JOB ROLE

This position is in charge of introducing customers to the variety of financial options the bank provides. Providing subject matter expertise on financial solutions, asking customers insightful questions to understand their financial and personal goals, balancing service requests with sales opportunities, and matching new services and solutions to client needs are some of the main duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Identifies financial needs and suggests the finest goods, services, and solutions to satisfy them in order to work with clients to develop and strengthen relationships.
• Answers questions and issues from clients while developing specialized solutions
• Sells and provides a range of banking products, such as loans, credit cards, certificates of deposit (CDs), individual retirement accounts (IRAs), and checking and savings accounts.
• Determines the needs of clients for authorized sales roles and refers them to Line of Business partners
• Provides quotes for banking solutions' rates, terms, and programs.
• Uses the resources at hand to manage risk in each company, product, and service transaction.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Demonstrates enthusiasm, dedication, and a desire to provide an experience that enhances our clients' financial well-being.
• Possesses the capacity to actively share options with clients in clear language, establish connection, and demonstrate empathy while attempting to comprehend their needs.
• Financial services experience
• Sales, cross-selling, upselling, or product referral experience
• Experience working in a contact center that handles incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and/or videos
