Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Medical Technology company, who are looking for a Product Manager to join their team based in Berkshire. 

Position: Product Manager           
Rate: £50,000 - £68,000   
Location: Berkshire (Hybrid)                     
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Implement market strategies for the retail pharmacy automation portfolio.
• Develop relationships across the commercial network, maintaining these to drive expansion and performance.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives and KOL programmes.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting while acting on customer feedback and market trends.
• Manage performance metrics, analysing this to support strategy planning and execution. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Over 5 years of previous experience in Marketing, preferably within pharmacy, retail or technology sectors.
• Proficient in analytics tools and CRM.
• Previous experience in lead generation with a strong interest in commercial aspects of a business.
