Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced Contract Manager (Estate Services) to join their team and play a crucial role in their finance operations.      

Position: Contract Manager (Estate Services)
Rate: £35 per hour (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Maternity Cover (1 Year) with Possible Extension  

Purpose:

• The Estate Services team is looking for an energetic person with a positive outlook to monitor the estates cleaning and ground maintenance contracts.

Job Responsibilities: 

• To ensure the effective contract management of the two estate services contracts for cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Line manager a team of contract monitoring officers overseeing the estates cleaning and grounds maintenance contract.
• Lead a team who are responsible for investigating and responding to enquiries and complaints, liaising with residents to address their concerns as well as checking and improving the flow of complaints from a customer perspective.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Contract Manager (Estate Services) role or equivalent.
• Driving Licence and PCV Licence required. 
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
