• PAY RATE: $70,000 - $110,000 Per Annum

• LOCATION: Mount Laurel Township, NJ

JOB ROLE

For our client's bankruptcy department, we are looking for an attorney who is admitted to practice in Georgia's state and federal courts.

In this position, the attorney will supervise and work with support personnel to create and evaluate all bankruptcy-related paperwork. Managing every facet of the bankruptcy process, such as plan confirmation, requests for relief, contested matters, adversary processes, and associated legal proceedings, is one of the responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and approving filings pertaining to foreclosure.
• Manage every facet of foreclosure cases, even those that are contested.
• Involvement in depositions, hearings over the phone, mediations, and in-person hearings.
• Frequent updates and meets with clients.
• Additional responsibilities and unique projects as given.
  
  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Juris Doctorate.
• A member of the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
• The capacity to prioritize and oversee a heavy caseload.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking. communicates with all clients in an efficient manner (via phone, email, and client systems).
• Delivers outstanding customer service.
• Identifies issues and finds quick solutions.
• Conscientious with regards to attendance, time management, deadlines, and work completion.
