Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy college in Bromley, are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their employer engagement operations.      

Position: Business Development Manager
Pay Rate: £25 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35) 
Contract: Temporary (April 2026) with Possible Extension 

Purpose:

• The overarching goal is to generate levy and non-levy sales activity for various offerings, including apprenticeships, commercial services, T-level engagement, and other products.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Your primary focus will be on both levy and non-levy organisations to ensure you meet and exceed targets.
• You are expected to be proactive in meeting, networking, and engaging with employers, demonstrating a hands-on approach to relationship development and business expansion.
• You will serve as the primary contact for employers, particularly concerning new initiatives such as the Non-Levy Small Employers and Apprenticeship Levy, and any other funding reforms.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Business Development Manager role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
