Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their based in West Yorkshire. 

Position: Private Client Solicitor           
Rate: Dependent on Experience   
Location: West Yorkshire                    
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Take client instructions and provide legal assistance and advice. 
• Represent clients at court.
• Take on supervision of junior staff where necessary. 
• Run a caseload of client matters in accordance with Quality procedures Manual. 
• Ensure compliance is completed fully in line with Diversity and Equality policy. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. 
• Strong understanding of Private Client law.
• Computer literate.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good advocacy.
