Short Brief/Requirement:
Required to lead parking dept through a period of change, supporting the development of a new management structure
Purpose:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and sustainable operation of transport systems, logistics networks, and infrastructure projects across the city. It focuses on delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of residents, businesses, and stakeholders.
The Service Manager will provide strategic leadership to the portfolio of services, setting the strategy and driving improvements to both services, which will increase efficiency, customer service, and income.
Key Responsibilities:
