Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy housing association, are looking for an experienced Home Ownership Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their housing operations.    

Position: Home Ownership Manager
Rate: £31 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (September 2025) with Possible Extension  
Location: Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon & Cornwall

Purpose:

• The Home Ownership Manager will ensure that the Home Ownership Team deliver good services to all it’s customers.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide day to day line management of the Home Ownership Team ensuring that services are delivered effectively and efficiently and that a consistently high-quality service is delivered.
• Support and assist the Home Ownership portfolio lead and the Strategic Lead for Home Ownership & Service Charges in the regular review of all policies and procedures.
• Ensure the group provides a consistent service to customers wishing to purchase their properties through the Right to Buy/Acquire scheme.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Home Ownership Manager role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
