Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Southwest London, are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Inspector to join their team and play a crucial role in their building surveying operations.   

Position: Building Maintenance Inspector
Rate: Negotiable (Umbrella, Inside IR35) 
Contract Duration: Temporary (3 Months) with Possible Extension  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing technical works and managing to completion.
• Identifying defects, recommending solutions, and ensuring that necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out.
• Checking that buildings meet design, safety, accessibility, and energy conservation standards. 

Personal Specification:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Building Maintenance Inspector role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development. 
• Ability to manage a diverse workload.
