Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Sussex. Are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their organisation.

Job Role: Building Surveyor
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: 3-6 months (Possible Extension)
Location: Worthing
Office Based/Hybrid: TBC
Rate of Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience 

Key Responsibilities:

• To clear a backlog of long term voids, standard voids and some capital works associated with Damp and Mould cases. 
• To survey and specify capital works on long term voids.
• To survey and specify voids
• To oversee the delivery of works through contractors and DLO

Job Requirements:

• A degree in building surveying or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience within a Building Surveyor role or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience of working in a similar organisation
