Responsibilities
Lead sales activities to achieve company targets and adjust strategies as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, introducing new products and expanding SKU range
Develop and implement in-store expansion plans, branding initiatives, and optimize product displays
Research and engage potential clients to develop new sales channels
Conduct meetings, training sessions, and participate in industry events
Identify prospects, manage the sales cycle, and close new business deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support business decisions
Coordinate with the sales team in Japan HQ and provide regular updates
Perform on-site activities to arrange and optimize in-store displays
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with the sales team in Japan HQ
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license
Experience in the retail and wholesale industry is an added advantage
