Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day communication with customers, partners, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure timely information flow
Prepare quotations, RFQs, and related sales support documentation
Collect, organize, and maintain customer and sales data in internal systems (e.g. AS400)
Prepare internal documents, reports, approval papers, and maintain proper document control
Manage contract documentation and coordinate legal review processes
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams for order handover and execution
Prepare and distribute execution instructions, schedules, and requirements
Monitor order and execution progress, escalating issues when required
Support invoicing, credit management, accounts receivable tracking, and payment follow-ups
Assist with process improvement initiatives, including workflow and system enhancements under guidance
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in business administration, sales support, operations, or a related discipline.
Experience in sales administration, coordination, or operations support is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP or internal systems (e.g., AS400) is an added advantage.
