Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the organisation’s products and services within an assigned territory or customer portfolio to achieve sales targets
Pursue sales leads, visit existing and prospective customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable products and services
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate information
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within authorised limits.
Conclude sales orders to meet revenue objectives
Identify, research, and engage potential customers to develop long-term business relationships
Share sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights with relevant internal teams to support market responsiveness
Develop and implement annual, monthly, and weekly sales plans, prioritising activities to meet targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese speaking counterparts
Strong marketing and sales skills with proven ability to achieve targets
Good knowledge of the organisation’s products and services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong planning skills
