Responsibilities
Focus on new business development (approx. 95%)
Identify and acquire new clients in the Singapore market, primarily at the president or senior management level
Secure appointments through proactive cold calls and visits, and conduct thorough client needs assessments
Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored training concepts and proposals
Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, and seminars (6 months to 2 years) with the consultant team
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in selling intangible products or solution-based sales
Alternatively, proven ability to manage top-level sales (e.g., presidents or senior executives) will be considered
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks diligently
Vibrant and sociable personality
Industry experience in HR consulting or Learning & Development (L&D) is an added advantage
