Responsibilities :

• Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products or services
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve shared goals

Requirements :
Non-experienced candidates are welcome to apply

• Proven track record of success in a sales role
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
