Prepare invoices and verify incoming payments
Handle banking-related tasks
Manage mail and courier items, including scanning and PDF conversion
Oversee office supplies and coordinate purchase orders
Perform data entry into accounting software and basic bookkeeping
Prepare documents, maintain filing systems, and manage data
Support general office and back-office administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting support or administrative roles
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Ability to perform basic data entry into accounting software (professional accounting qualifications not required)
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PDF handling, scanning, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy in work
