Responsibilities
Assist clients with move-in, repair coordination during lease term, and move-out processes
Provide interpretation support for non-Japanese-speaking agents communicating with Japanese clients
Prepare materials to improve work processes and client communication
Create property condition reports on move-in day, including photo documentation
Handle corporate and individual client inquiries and property viewings
Coordinate contract signing with local staff and manage property handovers
Prepare documents, respond to emails, and report to supervisors
Provide post-handover customer support
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Experience in corporate sales or customer service (2–3 years preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Willingness to work on weekends (with compensatory off days)
