Manages LTSA/LTPM contracts and coordinates with customers, vendors, and HQ, while supporting commercial tasks and process improvements.

Existing LTSA & LTPM Execution (80%)
Implementation and administration of long-term service agreement contracts with Singapore power plant owners. Malaysia power plant owners may or may not be included.
Create and complete subcontracts with Vendors
Prepare and submit proposals/invoices to Customers and Vendors
Negotiate commercial terms with Customers and Vendors and record sales and services
Handle documentation, trading, shipments for the transaction with Customers and Vendors
Prepare and give presentation about specification, features and benefits of Extra Work, upgrade, products and/or services to Customers
Serve as a liaison between the Customers, Company and HQ
Monitor, coordinate and report the status of LTSA projects and delivered products/parts
Assist Customers for any troubleshooting and any failures arise from products, parts or services provided by the Company
Report activities and feedback from Customers to various stakeholders
Troubleshoot and problem solving by involving various departments based on the needs of the Company
Support any commercial disputes or tasks required by Japan Headquarters for GTCC existing service business in Asia Pacific region
Seek alignment from various stakeholders
Responsible for other tasks as may be required from time to time by the Company or HQ
The key activities and tasks shall not be limited only to Company's direct LTSA contract with Singapore Customers
Regional Support & Marketing (10%)
Stays abreast of the latest purchasing needs/after-sales Customers' needs.
Study Competitors' trend of technology in power business.
Identification of target market (Customer & products).
Good analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
Able to propose and tailor solution based on the latest market trends and demands
Support all commercial issues or dispute resolutions related to Service Business
Responsible for other tasks as may be required from time to time by the Company HQ
Others(10%)
Identify and work on process improvement for Service Department
Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager and the Company from time to time
Requirements :
More than 7 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial, proposals, contractual agreements and business administration, preferably with engineering background of similar products in related industries i.e. OEM, Oil & Gas; Marine, Rotating Equipment, EPC, and trading
Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
Knowledge in legal, finance, contractual terms, and good in problem solving
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Excellent understanding of contractual terms, trade administration, general import and export trade and incoterms
Excellent skills to convince the others with reasonable background and propose the win-win solution
Preferable to have a knowledge of commercial and technical terms in power plant business
Strong Knowledge of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant Equipment maintenance and Long Term Service Agreement
