Responsibilities:
Manage reception duties and provide one-on-one customer service for scheduled appointments
Explain treatment details and costs clearly to customers (non-sales role)
Coordinate and liaise with external agencies as required
Maintain cleanliness of the centre and prepare supplies, equipment, and refreshments for customers
Handle general administrative tasks for the store
Accompany and interpret for visiting executives from Japan
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service roles
Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders
Strong hospitality and customer service skills
Ability to work shifts until 10 PM or 11 PM, including weekends and public holidays
Basic computer literacy
