Automate repetitive tasks using programming skills
Monitor and maintain system metrics dashboards and alerts
Educate colleagues and update IT infrastructure documentation
Work closely with the Tech department at Japan HQ
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT-related fields with strong knowledge of security concepts
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
Solid understanding of AWS, Azure (Entra), and/or GCP services related to software development
Strong focus on automation and process improvement
Familiarity with account management and data security protocols
Experience in security monitoring and incident response
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to configure SIEM and Power BI tools is an added advantage
Proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese, Malay, or Thai is an added advantage
Experience with Cyber Incident Response Plan (CIRP), vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security incident response processes is an added advantage
Knowledge of network security design and implementation is an added advantage
Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and security tools is an added advantage
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
